Glad to hear that it went well for you, but again, please be very careful. More than likely you are being paid by your agency that has a contract with an insurance company or even the state, and they are paying for someone with experience in this area.

The parents should have been able to leave the house the first day, and you would be expected to be able to care for the child completely on your own right away.

Sorry to be so hard about this, but have seen too many times when things like this have gone sour, and do not want you to get stuck with that.
