PGH nurses...Please help LTC question
- 0Jul 19, '10 by michelle126I need to get a new job. LTC is where I'm looking. Please, Please Please let me know where to avoid. I'm mostly looking in the South Hills area. Love a 3-11 weekend shift. PM me if you don't want to post it here.
I'm just getting burned out at my current place. I realize no place is a bed of roses and there are good and bad at every place. I'm a hard worker, willing to learn and always help my coworkers and above all I'm there for my residents.
Any suggestions? How about the nonprofits in the area??

I like my current facility (it is owned by Genesis, and I think that there are only two Genesis' in the area), even though it isn't a bed of roses *smile* since our DON is tough but fair. I hope to find 12 hour shifts, since I am working on my RN online.
