Associate vs. BA Nursing salary

I'm currently enrolled at Reading Area Community College for the 2 year associate program. I am not planning on going four year. I will recieve my Bachelors for business management with an associates in nursing. My question is is the salary that much different if you do not go four year? You are still completing the same test for licensing?

Usually the salary is the same at a entry-level position whether you have a ADN or BSN. Where it may come into play is in a supervisory position which pays more...sometimes the 4 yr degree wins out. And possibly some of the higher paying positions you may need a BSN to even get the job. But overall, no difference! You are a RN either way.

Hourly wage at the hospital I work for is about .48 cents per hour higher for a BSN for the first four years of employment. After the first four years, there is no difference.
