Peds ED suggestions - what do I need to know?

I have spent the couple of years working on an inpatient med-surg adolescent unit in a busy hospital. While I loved the unit, I have chosen to take a new position in the peds ED since it's significantly closer to home.

As I get ready to start my orientation, what skills/topics should I brush up on, going from peds inpatient to ED? I've planned on reading up on some things before I start, just to refresh my memory. Was just hoping someone might have some suggestions of what they see often, or what I haven't seen on the inpatient side.
