If a child has been throwing up, stands up and loses her balance, not herself, doesn't talk much just says yes, no, doesn't want to do any of her favorite things, no candy or ice cream, no toys doesn't want to go outside....she was taken to the doctor and they couldn't figure anything out and was told to bring her back tomorrow...they couldn't find anything wrong, only thing is she has a new tooth coming in (she's two). Parents are concerned and worried and wondering why she was just sent home with no answers.

Any thoughts

I would take her to the ER.

I'm kinda gathering this is a situation close to you. We can't provide medical advice. However, if the parents feel there is something wrong with the child, they need to continue to seek care until they get answers.

Could be anything from dehydration to a brain tumor. Can't diagnose on the internet. All I know is she needs to be checked out further.

definitely agree! I would think that the child would be somewhat dehydrated from throwing up and possibly have orthostatic hypotension. If your gut feeling is telling you something is wrong send the child to ER.

Take care and hope the child is feeling better.
