Best practice is NO abbreviations. I'm assuming you mean color sensation and movement? Or maybe or, or, or.........

color or circulation, sensation, and movement/motion. just getting tired writing that over and over and over again for all my ortho's which is anywhere from6-13 a day. i agree with u but i always look for ways ways to speed up my day....i never cut corners dont get that expression of me
