OHSU ABSN to Masters - Midwifery

I haven't heard anything yet either! It's especially painful for the OHSU wait as they don't tell you if you aren't moving on to the interview portion for some time. I'm kind of surprised there hasn't been an OHSU forum started yet until yours.

Thank you for starting this thread! I also haven't heard anything. Based on what I've found on last year's thread, people started receiving interview invitations around now. Good luck to everyone!

Just an update, I received an email last Thursday offering me an interview! They offered the January 22/23 dates, but since I'm coming from the other side of the country, they said I could come Feb 5th instead. So excited as OHSU is my first choice, and I'd love the opportunity to move back to my home state for school. Sounds like the emails are sent pretty short notice!

I also heard back last Thursday! I'll be interviewing this Thursday 1/22. It does sound like very quick turnaround with interview invitations.

They told me about two weeks after my interview (I think I was the last one interviewed Friday). So hopefully this week! Also, how hard was that interview?!

Wow I didn't expect decisions to possibly be so soon. I had heard that it might be as late as end of March/early April, but that was from a general admissions counsellor and I didn't know if the midwifery faculty had given a different timeframe. The interview was definitely pretty hard... I've never been interviewed by a full conference table before!

Congratulations mivsy! What a great situation to be in - to pick between two great choices! Do you know if that means all the acceptance calls went out today?

Thanks, yhr13! I'm not sure if all calls went out today. I had called a few days ago and they said they would let people know, "at the latest, early march", so maybe they're notifying people as they decide? I know a woman who also interviewed and hasn't heard back yet.
