Right but how exactly how are we cleared? Do we have to provide all that shot information?

The department head will clear us at the December meeting.

We have until February 27,2017 to have ALL of our information in before our first clinical. But, I plan on bringing my shot records during the December meeting. Make sure you make copies for safe keeping.
