Hello to All Potentional, Future, & Current LC Students:

I will be officially attending LC for the ABSN starting this Fall of 2014. I am moving from out of state. Like many of you, I will not be working in the program but using loans & savings to fund tuition and living costs. I was wondering if anyone is in the market for a roommate. There is a site called RoomSurf linked through Facebook which allow students to find roommates. When I initially signed up, Louisiana College wasn't on there. However I sent the administrator a school request and LC has since been added. If you or know of anyone who will be living off campus and may want a roommate, can you spread the word? I figure this might a little safer way to find a roommate.

Hi! I am interested in the LC ABSN program. Can you give me some information about the application process? What was your GPA and undergraduate degree in? We're they alot of applicants in the interview? Did you have to take the prerequisites at LC or could you take them at another college?

I have not posted here for a while but am upset about hearing that the Dean left LC in the summer along with most of the nursing faculty. I hope the excellent NCLEX pass rate does not suffer but with most of the excellent faculty who taught our class now gone i am not sure that things will ever be the same. I will keep praying for LC and the nursing program.
