Is anyone here from the lubbock area, that has applied to Covenant School of Nursing?

if so, what was the teas score that got you accepted? I just took my teas today, and made a 70!!:angrybird5:

I just applied for Fall 2018 and only have 3 pre reqs done ..eng Chem w lab and anatomy w lab have a 3.8 in those pre reqs and got a 77 overall on my teas and am a male if that makes a difference ...what are my chances? Do y'all know anyone that's gotten in without finishing all of their prerequisites? I'm nervous ....

No, If you're wanting to apply for the Fall 2018 program, your prerequisites must to be completed by May 2018. (Here's the link) Application Process | Covenant Health System: Nursing School

Your GPA and teas score are really good though. I got in with a 70. I think you have a good chance to get accepted! However; it can be a game of luck from what I have heard,

FWI I dont think you being male has anything to do with the admission process.

Oh ok thank you for the help, I will have all of my prereqs done by May, I was just wondering if i still had a chance to get in since they can only judge me off the 3 prereqs I have completed. Do you know of anyone that didnt have all of their prereqs completed when they applied but finished them by the set deadline for that semester?

I do actually! My sister's friend only needed I believe 3 or maybe 4 classes left before the deadline, and he got accepted!

They look at science classes the most so it's good that you have 2 out of the way. Again, I believe you have a good chance of getting accepted with what you have.

I had alot of questions at the time about many things. I went to an informational session after I turned in my package, and asked a million questions, haha but it put my mind to ease regarding many things! I was a nervous wreck lol (Heres the link) Events | Covenant Health

I just got an email about setting up an interview from Covenant. Is that something that everyone gets called for since its recorded and later shown to the admissions committee or is it only a selected amount of people that they call for the interview? Don't wanna get my hopes up for no reason.......haha

Does anyone know when we will hear back? Four weeks from the deadline will Be this Friday the 6th! But I was reading last year's comments and they found out about a week earlier than they were supposed to. I know they were still conducting interviews last week so I'm wondering if they extended it.

Can anyone here shed some light on the interview for CSON? I have mine coming up and I'm super excited and a little nervous. I am really hoping I get in so any little bit of info will help!
