Boces LPN Program

Nursing Students School Programs

Hi, Everyone!

I applied to Rockland Boces for their LPN program in May and received a 97 on the English and 74 on the Math which meant I passed. I had my interview on June 10th and it was literally a 5 minute in and out conversation with 2 of the ladies in charge of the admissions. They were running super late that's why I am assuming it was so quick. It is now June 6th a couple days shy of my interview and I still haven't received a letter... At this point, I'm pretty concerned are they supposed to send me a letter even if they don't accept me? or is it assumed if you don't receive a letter that you're not accepted lol because if that's the case I missed the memo?

If anyone has any answers for me PLEASE help me out or give me some sort of guidance on what I should do that would be awesome :)

Thanks, guys!

I received my acceptance letter via email then a week later in the mail I'm attending the full time class

That's awesome, looks like were gonna be classmates. I wish there were more post about rockland boces, so I can get some info on what to expect. But a lpn I work with went there and she says it's a great program .

Congrats to both of you ! Keep me posted on how the full time program is going for you and how it's like. I would really love to know. I was going to do the full time but was worried that it would have been too much. I'm just happy I'm accepted in (:

Hey, guys! looks like ill be in the full-time program after all. They cancelled the part-time program this year due to not enough students following through with enrollment. Are any of you planning on working during the program? I have bills to pay so working is a must but, I'm afraid I'm biting off more than I can chew (wouldn't be more than 20 hours a week). Let me know what you think and if any of you are going to be working as well
