Here's a link to the Journal of Supportive Oncology. One issue is currently available in pdf format and as more are published, they will become available on the web as well. There is an excellent article on dyspnea there. Here's an excerpt from the mission statement for the journal:
"The Journal of Supportive Oncology will focus on symptom and side-effect management, communication issues, and end-of-life care for patients with cancer. Each issue will present peer-reviewed research articles on symptom management to advance the science, a scientifically based article to understand the pathophysiologic mechanism of symptoms, and reviews with peer commentary on supportive oncology topics."
