Will volunteering help?

Hi guys,

I want to be employed with OU once I graduate NS. I plan to apply for a job as a Nurse Partner during NS but what about volunteering? I have an interview next week for the Cuddler Program at OU which "supposedly" is a really hard program to get into. Is it worth it... is volunteering irrelevant when applying to their NICU?

So, I had my interview today for the Cuddler Program. It went really well! But, I wont start until Oct. I'm so excited. The director brought me up to the NICU and I couldn't stop smiling. Even though I wont be working there as a nurse and NOT get paid, I think this will be a great experience!!!! Yay:yeah:
