    I’m a new graduate. The trick is to find the job with the great shift differential. That will greatly increase you rate. I work weekend premium option. $21 base pay + $2 weekend differential + $7 premium weekend shift differential. I only make my base pay on my shift that is during the week. Good luck.

    you can work as a per diem status. you can make $30+ hr but no benefits.
