LPN at Tulsa Technology Center (TTC)

U.S.A. Oklahoma

I applied to Tulsa Technology Center for entry into the LPN program in the spring. I am scheduled to take the HESI test next week, which I am told is over Anatomy, Physiology, Math, etc. But, when I searched for HESI on the web, all I can find are practice tests with information very similar to the NCLEX. Now, I am worried that I will be tested on information that I have yet to learn. Has anyone taken this test? Can you ease my mind a little and tell me what it was like?

Thanks,

Amanda

Ok, so I took the HESI test today and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I have a new question for anyone that has been accepted to the LPN program at Tulsa Technology Center: I know the application process is very competitive and based on a 100 point scale. I have 85 points on that scale. Is my application considered competitive? Please help! I am dying to know something before January!

I recently got accepted to the LPN program at TTC I had a very high point average though, but I do know another student who had around a 93 that got in, but was in a class right behind mine. I think to be competitive you need to have about a 18 or higher on the HESI and have CNA for the extra five points also. If you have any other questions let me know. They do have a study book for the HESI that was really helpful.

Hello, I am wanting to get in the lpn program soon. All the things online seem so hard. I've been out of school for 15years. I ordered the review book. Is it easier than what is online? And what can I expect on the test? If anyone has any pointers it will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Tamara

How are things? Did you end up getting in?
