U.S.A. Oklahoma

I have been accepted to the accelerated second degree BSN programs at both IUPUI and Oklahoma City University. I have to make a decision by November 4th. What do you know about these programs?

IUPUI will give you loans and you can also sign up for $15,000 scholarship to work 2 years at IU Health or $10,000 for Community Health and commit 2 or 3 years. You just have to fill out that paper I told you about that we all completed.

I agree with the above poster ... not sure what federal guidelines you're referring to that IUPUI isn't budging on. I'm in the accelerated class that graduates next month, and I'm pretty sure all of us are getting financial aid through the university. Yes, they send out a scary-sounding email that you are denied, but as Jackie said, you print out a form, take it to the nursing advisor to verify that you are second degree, write a statement, and they give you aid.
