Thanks Silverdragon..What i need to know is what's the best thing for me to know in order to be certified here in Oklahoma. Can I start working in the hospital even if I am not yet certified? and if I will be accepted what will be my job delegation?Have you heard someone like my case? thanks.

In what way are you meaning certified? If as a RN then you will need to meet board of nursing requirements for foreign trained nurse and pass NCLEX until you do that you can not work as a RN. The most you are looking at in a hospital is carer or tech and even then you would have to meet what ever requirements is needed for them jobs. If you are looking as a RN then I would check out the international forum found under the region tab above and see what sort of information you can find for your state to guide you.

Contacting other Filipina nurses may give you some of the answers you need. State Board of Nursing is a must stop.
