Wow... OU's loss as well as future students. Hopefully the format will remain the same.
I agree - a tremendous loss for students and the university. I wish her luck .... TX is the last place I would relocate to!

I had a male professor and I have to say that he was pretty awesome. Lots of videos to help, super quick to respond to emails and Q&A board posts. By far the most organized class I've taken this entire program.
I'd take statistics 10 times (with my professor) before I would take the awful business communications course.

Hello All,
I too started this class on July 1. I'm already seriously considering dropping out. NONE of it makes any sense. I read all materials & watched supplemental video for modules 1 & 2, & thought I understood it. In the end, got 31/40 on the homework assignments and am very upset. This weeks module 3 stuff is worse & homework assignment due tomorrow. I have absolutely NO idea what I'm doing. Welcome any & all suggestions!!!

I'm almost done with this class and I cannot stress how important it is to read all of the chapter notes, all supplemental material, and practice the problems! I'm in academic outreach and my prof/TA have been really great with answering questions. It really does make sense.....you just have to force yourself to slow down, write a bazillion formulas out, and not think about the fact that there are computer programs that do this in a fraction of the time!
But....yeah. Initially it felt like I didn't understand what was going on. Several people felt the same way. It just takes practice.
