Hello!

Can anyone share insights on the UT direct-entry master's program, formerly known as the Gemini program? Or is there anyone here applying for the Fall 2010? How competitive is the program?

Thanks!

Hi Wendy, sorry I don't have insight. I too have questions coz I'm considering this program. Have you already applied? Have you taken the GRE?

Hello and thanks for replying!

No, I have neither taken the GRE nor applied to the program yet. I am just finishing up A&P II, which is the last prereq I need to apply for the program.

I really like the idea of a direct-entry master's. However, I really want to obtain my RN licensure as quickly as possible, so, I'm considering other routes as well.

Do you live in NW Ohio? I live in SE Michigan. At present, I'm also considering Oakland County Community College, Wayne State, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Henry Ford Community College, and University of Detroit Mercy, though it is EXTREMELY expensive.

How about you? What else are you considering?

Sincerely,

Wendy
