    Hi ,I know u can't diagnosis on here ,but having these symptoms and needed to know if I should make an opt.
    Lower abd dull pain and spasms. Got my period on Friday and is usually done by now. Still having large clots and bright red blood. This is usually my second day not 4th. Also a fever of 100.4 and not coming down with motrin.
