HI everyone,
I have to do a community resource project for my psych/mental health class. I ended up with grief/loss as my topic. One of our requirements is to have 1-2 web-based tools that could be used by familes/patients with this particular issue (ex: CAGE questionnaire, AIMS scale, etc). However, I am having a heck of a time finding ANYTHING like that for grief. It really needs to be some kind of online assessment tool, quiz, or questionnaire that can give the patient/family instant feedback on their condition, etc. I have spent hours on the internet looking for something, but am pulling up nothing. I did find a bunch of atricles on how to develop a Grief Experience Questionnaire, but not an actual test. If anyone knows of anything or has any suggestions I would appreciate it!!

link #3 not working. try typing it in manually, otherwise, move on.
I just wanted to say that although these are very good websites, I didn't find anything that could be used as a questionnaire on any of them. Please let me know if you found something different.
