Increase by 2 milliunits/min until contractions are 2-3 minutes apart.

Determine the concentration factor of the solution.

Determine the Initial infusion rate in ml/hr.

Determine the titration rate in ml/hr.

First you need to determine the units/ml. That will be your concentration factor.
