I just got my acceptance letter!

I am so excited! I start my program this fall and will be done by 2010. Any advice or suggestions for me before I start?

:yeah:Congratulations! Study hard and stay focused. Stay away from the students that gossip! They will only bring you down and drag you into thier drama.Don't be afraid to ask questions. Visit this sight regularly it will help you.

Thanks so much you guys! I am really nervous but also really excited.....I think that's normal for everyone though.

I have the most supportive boyfriend ever who has agreed to work while I go to school, doesn't he rock?!?! :bowingpur

I am ready for lots of late nights, early mornings, coffee runs and junk food!

Any essential books or supplies that you have found to be lifesavers?

you will go through a lot, but you will make it if you want it! dont listen to others complaining and whining in school, because you need to be your own person. we all complain a time or few, but we need to vent somewhere, and this website rocks. great support.

Get a really good careplan book, can't recommend one cause I have had bad luck finding one so far...if Sparks and Taylor is the one your school recommends DON'T buy it! It stinks and all our teachers hate it! You can probably find a thread on them somewhere on here...I'm definitely going to search for one!
