Feel like I'm going to fail

Hi, I'm a nursing student and just started my first semester. I'm doing very well in theory but not so well in clinical. I graduated with high honors in biology (bachelor of science) and my first aim was to get into medical school which I couldn't get into right away. I got into the program in Moorpark College and do very well in lecture. I'm just frustrated in myself because I don't know how to get my grade up. I'm usually on time for documentation with detailed notes that my teacher commented on. I'm told I have good bedside manner and do well with writing my nursing care plans. I have classmates who I have checked my work with to see what I'm missing and what I've found is that I either do the same amount of detail and effort or more. I feel as if my teacher may be singling me out. I've noticed classmates that don't have their facts straight or sometimes don't do their documentation on time but get much higher grades than me.

I'm extremely nervous and anxious due to longterm abuse in past and going to a therapist regularly and on medication. I feel like my grades are low because I don't have the confidence and I'm apprehensive and worries about my grades. I don't know how to cope.
