C Plan on ARF and Pancytopenia

I have a pt with these dx but this man feels fine and is functional....his arf is rt multiple myeloma and it's affecting his kidney.
Anybody have some ideas for nursing diagnosis, goals and nursing orders?

I am not sure if any of these will work, still kinda new at it but I love trying.

Impaired gas exchange r/t low rbc (hemoglobin) d/t pancytopenia (interventions--monitor O2 sat, monitor capillary refill; apply o2 as prescribed) Goal: Pt will demonstrate adequate O2 saturation for duration of hospital stay

Risk for infection r/t low wbc d/t pancytopenia (interventions--use standard precautions, keep pt away from others who are coughing, feverish; monitor temp q1h;) Goal: Pt will remain free from infection for duration of hospital stay.

Risk for injury r/t altered clotting factors d/t pancytopena (interventions--fall precautions; instruct pt on shaving/brushing teeth with soft bristle toothbrush; stool softeners as ordered) Goal: Pt will remain injury -free during length of hospital stay.

Perhaps his kidney problems will point toward impaired urinary elimination, fluid volume excess, deficient, or risk for imbalanced?

I don't know what ARF is.

arf is acute renal failure....so anything to do with fluid overload or infection would be the primary nursing dx....
