If you find another odd abbreviation like that it's likely a coding abbreviation. Google the combination as there are a few free websites that list the current diagnosis codes. It won't give you much detail other than the full terminology but you can then use your nursing knowledge to decipher the rest. Unsp is a big clue as it's a broad coding term "unspecified" and used a lot in medical coding such as intraventricular hemorrhage of unspecified grade occurring in postnatal period,
