also check out this site for rhythms-- breaks em down

remember more volume more pressure less volume less pressure. i am taking care of my grandmother at her home right now but i hope these tips help!

also try wikipedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/main_page

just type in a subject for instance chf "congestive heart failure" and it has lots of info on almost anything -- cool easy to remember neumonics you guys love too!

i found all these cool tools by googling for what i was learning about through nursing school www.google.com

for example when typing in ecg i found these sites that are great!

http://library.med.utah.edu/kw/ecg/

http://www.anaesthetist.com/icu/organs/heart/ecg/findex.htm

just remember there is a lot of information on some of these sources and hone in on what you are being taught about--don't get overwhelmed and try and be a cardiac surgeon in 2 weeks j -- focus on what is taught and you will be great

heres a good resource to show you some advanced life support medications - if it is life support it is important j

http://www.randylarson.com/acls/drugs/

try googling and using some of these resources, also take a look at your saunders comprehensive review as a guide, it will not take the place of studying but may help pinpoint areas in which you need to study up j

good luck yall
