University of Michigan-Flint or Montana State Online DNP?

Hey, I am new to the forum but it seems there is a lot of valuable advice out there. I am having to decide between the online programs at UM Flint or MSU for my DNP as a Psych Nurse Practioner. I know that MSU's program is in its first year but is there a quality difference or opportunity difference between these programs? Any suggestions?

I know that UM Flint was ranked pretty high in the US News and World Report for its online DNP but with MSU in its first year should that affect my decision?
