ok- i got my email for fcca....

grap my doctor in the hospital hallways this morning had him sign the form, so i have all my paperwork ready i am so scared.... i really don't know what to expect, i read some journals and i think to myself i can do this, then it hit me in a few weeks i might be heading somewhere to test and i must pass the first time.

is anyone on the cpne "club" feeling the same way, i've had this headache all week that won't go away can't eat, can't sleep so stress.... keep on telling myself "call light within reach, don't forget"

oh my gosh, this is exactly where i am at right now. i have read that flipping study guide, and i am trying to memorize mnemonics (anyone else find it easier without?) and i am dying for a clipboard--i can't stand this floppy paperwork everywhere; i think i am the 3rd student on on my kit, and this tubing is aged, kinked, stuck & discolored! i am exhausted from trying to ask for left overs from work--"aren't you done yet?!!!!! i thought you would have taken your boards months ago!"---my mock pcs room has everything but i have no flow with them yet at all. i swear my kids will be able to test for the cpne, :lol2: i can calculate a drip rate/icd like it is nobody's business, but this iv push over x minutes is giving me grief. i looked back to my pharmacology book and i had no issue back then (2 years ago). so, last night i sat, starting at the beginning of it and working my way out. i actually like writing these care plans but they are so not perfect yet! my goal was to try and grab a cancel for september but i think october will be much more realistic and safe. i devoted 5 straight days @ 8 hrs a day last week, and i still have so far to go! how did you guys practice your ims? i bought my 1st watch 15 years! okay, i think i had my 1st cpne melt down  moving on.....

@ loops, i tried to do without the mneumonics... but my studdy bodies convinced me to know them and i am glad, i don't have all of them down yet, but working on it. i spoke with this girl that pass no repeats and she did not use mneumonics, who knows everyone is different
