Declaratory Order

Hi, it is my first posting on this site and i have a question..

i recently filled out a declaratory order with the Texas BON and they responded 3 weeks later telling me that my case was being transferred to the Enforcement Department... Has anyone had any experiences with this? How long does it usually take to get a reaponse? Etc, I am so puzzled about the idea of me not being able to fulfill my dream of becoming a Nurse, the charges on my record are shoplifting at the age of 18 i am now 36, and a bad check for 20 dollars that i later paid and was dismissed (that was an honest mistake) and driving with a suspended license they all are from over 7 years ago... If anyone has any feedback please let me know or if you guys know of anyone who went thru this, I would really appreciate it

Hello.. Have you heard anything yet? I just graduated and waiting on clearance for my ATT from the Enforcement Department for a misdemeanor theft when I was 17. (Now 25) I already have a job offer and I'm so stressed out.
