Medication errors

My secretary floated to the unit made errors in transcribing meds to day. As charge nurse, are the following appropriate? Why or why not? Thanks.
Assess the unity secretary's understanding of the orders to be transcribed?
Wait until the head nurse comes back from vacation?
Assume that the errors wre probably just a function of workng on a different unity with clients having different clinical conditions.?
Complete an incident report for each of the transcriptions errors?
or...recommend action to the suppervisor following discussion of the situation with the unit secretary?
