I have a question, doesn't hospice bath and cut nails of a in home patient. I am taking care of a man who is so ill and has maybe 6 weeks to 6 days left. And I am one of his nurses, but he also has an hospice nurse, and she doesn't take care of him in any fashion like that. I am having to do the feeding tube, and all the cleaning and making sure his meds are all taken care of plus try to clean his skin as the mucas sat and built up to the point his skin is severly RED and almost coming off. What do I do about this nurse? Is she doing only what she has to, or is she not doing enough and that's where I must come in? please help..thanks Jane Anne
