    Hey everyone! Yesterday I got the call back for my second interview at a really nice nursing home. I'm really nervous, but excited. The first interview went really well. She asked the questions like "how would you deal with confrontation from family memebers" and "if your team is suppose to make a decision together and you disagree with the groups decision what would you do?" She did tell me that the second interview will include a drug test and talk about pay and benefits. Other than this I have no clue what to expect. Will I be asked additional questions or have to do a med test? Should I dress as formal as I did for the first interview (suit jacket)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    From the looks of it, I guess you have higher chance of getting the job! Congratulations!

    I have a question, how many weeks apart was your first interview from your second interview? How long after did they call you? Im asking because I had my interview in a nursing home some 2 weeks ago, and didn't hear anything from them as of yet. I wonder if Im still on it or not. They said, I was gonna be on background check.

    Stay on top of them it show them that you really want the job and that you're a seriouse worker

    My interviews were a week apart. They called me to set up the second interview the day after my first interview. I know that it can sometimes take a week or more for a background check, but I would definitely call them and ask about the status. Let them know you're still interested Good Luck!
