    A friend was terminated from his job. He is now trying to find other jobs. He says he wants to be honest on his apps and interviews, but not sure how to address why he was terminated. Any suggestions?

    It depends on the circumstances surrounding his termination. Probably what is most important is for him to explain it in a way that does not put down his previous boss/place of employment. Maybe just briefly gloss over the reason, and end with a sentence on what he's done to improve since then. Hard to say without knowing the specifics.
