Hi elibas008, I believe RMC is currently training RN HEALS nurses. Are you planning to apply for a staff nurse position there? They might reject your application since they would most likely prefer those who have undergone the RN HEALS program than those who would directly apply for a staff nurse post. You might want to call the nursing service first and ask before you go there. I called the number posted in the website when I was inquiring about the RN HEALS last time and it worked.
