AWESOME! I really enjoyed your article indeed ATTITUDE is detrimental to patient outcomes not to mention the work enviornment as a whole. I find that just closing my eyes to remind myself of the blessings in my life and finding ways to live in gratefullness keeps me balanced as I say little prayers in my head and just smile
