Myrtle Beach, SC Area ... New Grad

Hello everyone! Just wondering if anyone in the MB area had any advice for getting in at the local hospitals? I am a new grad RN (ADN) with 3.5 years experience as a nursing assistant. I have gone to all the hospital websites and applied for all positions that I qualify for ... no call backs! :uhoh21: I moved from Ohio to SC in November 2011, immediately after passing my NCLEX. I do not have any local contacts so I am really on my own here. Any advice or could someone possibly help me out? I plan on trying Long Term Care facilities here soon if I don't have any luck with the hospitals. Thanks for any advice!!!
