Does anyone know which governing body overseas nursing schools to make sure they are meeting standards? Is it the state BON, the department of consumer affairs? I may have to file a complaint if my situation doesn't change. (See previous posts)

I believe it is the BON. It is my understanding that a program must have "BON approval" for its graduates to be eligible for NCLEX.

Schools receive certification from whichever governing body is approved by that State's Board of Nursing. In Texas it is the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. But your complaint probably should go through a chain of command first in order to be considered legitimate.
