Reapply to same hospital after rejection?

I was wondering if I should reapply to the same hospital that I had an interview with already and they rejected me? It was a PCT position and the interview was with three different people. (1 hr, 1 Clinical manager, and 1 RN)

The HR that interviewed me pointed out that I seemed nervous the entire time but did her best to get me relaxed. The problem is, after the interview was over I went and emailed her a thank you response but she never emailed me back to even tell me I wasn't selected.

The good thing is that the PCT position is at a different department so it wont be the same RN's that interviewed me before, but most likely same HR.

Should I reapply?

Sure! Why not? You may be interviewed by someone completely different. And it can't hurt...not much to lose!

I would.

I would also work on interviewing techniques where you can be more comfortable with the interviewing process.

You also may do better with another manager...sometimes interviews help you gauge a fit with a particular unit.

Good Luck!
