Opinion on the best place/country for nurses to work

Despite the hiring freeze taking place almost everywhere, Im still am considering on applying overseas. Its really hard to find a job in the Philippines, and nurses are not well compensated here as well. I have worked in Saudi Arabia for 2 years, but as a young nurse in my early 20's, I wasn't really happy there, so I decided to leave. Right now Im still deciding on the next place I might try to send out my applications to. I would love to hear out everyone's opinion and advice regarding which country would be a good place for nurses like me in terms of available job opportunities, salary, environment, and cost of living. I'm still very much confused and in dire need of a good advice .Thanks in advance.
