New Grad RN BSN in Colorado Springs

Hello! So I am in need of some advice. I am a new grad and new to Colorado Springs (my husband works there). I have been offered a job in the float pool at at hospital in Pueblo. I am wondering what you all think about starting out in the float pool or have any experience with the hospital. I have been applying to centura, health one, parkview, and evans army community hospital. I have't heard back from healthone or centura (and I've applied to countless jobs there). My love is pediatrics, I was a tech for a year at a pediatric hospital but it seems impossible to start there out in Colorado. I am not interested in home health or PDN. I have my BSN and I'm ACLS certified. Looking for any advice or personal experiences.

With parkview I will have to sign a two year contract (not sure of the stipulations yet). So I'm feeling discouraged about not hearing back from any other hospitals. I love pediatrics and that's what I want to do long term so it's hard not to wonder if I should take the risk of waiting it out or take the float pool position.
