Kenexa Prove It! skills assessment... ever taken this when applying for a job?

Hi all!
I was applying for jobs today and one company is requiring that I take a Kenexa "Prove It!" Skills assessment. I plan on taking it tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone had ever come across this before and if they just ask general nursing skill questions or are the questions more specific to the job that you applied for? This is a new one for me! Thanks in advance!
