I have my desire unit that i want to work at, but how do i tell the nurse recruiter professionally that i will accept any jobs that they are willing to offer me? is it a good idea to show my dedication to the specific unit, but having to limit other opportunities? thank you in advance.

How about something along the lines of:

Given my background in xxxx, I'm drawn to ER or ICU, but know that those positions might not be available. I feel that any position would offer me great opportunities for growth blahblahblah.
