Anyone work for Kaiser?

Updated Mar 26, 2005 at 11:51 AM by Nurse2B2005

Hello!

I am a new graduate that has been trying to get in touch with HR for Kaiser. I have even gone in-person to visit the facility that I want to work at and it always seems like the new graduate recruiter is "out to lunch" or "in an interview'.

Anyways, I am posting to see if anyone works there and could clarify something about Kaiser to me - is it true that if you work for them for at least 15 years, you get lifetime benefits (healthcare)?

Thanks for helping a newbie out!

I don't know about Kaiser of California but I do know that Colrado Kaiser is supposed to be a very good organization with a very low turn over of employees. It does vary from state to state. Good luck.
