Can anyone help me with the mandatory disclosure for renewing Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration. I'm particular with the last part of mandatory disclosure.

* Have you previously disclosed to AHPRA all known of complaints made about you to:

* a registration authority, or

* another entity having functions relating to professional services provided by health practitioners or the regulation of health practitioners ( in Australia or elsewhere ) ?

If you are not aware of any complaints made about you please select N/A

Complaints refers to matters other than those made since 1 July 2012, under the National Law and already reported to AHPRA.

Yes

No

N/A

There was a complaint made against me in May 2014, which I disclosed to AHPRA last year. I am not aware if there is a new complaint this year and last year. Thanks...

IMO i would disclose the complaint to the nursing board,

Thanks @ kiwigurl, I did in 2015.

I'm not aware of anymore complaints last year but the complaints made in 2014 still pending. I already disclosed it last year. Do I have to consider the complaints made in 2014 are still on going?

Ask AHPRA

I had a criminal conviction which I had to disclose when I sat states three years ago. When I renew my practicing certificate every year it asks me whether I have recieved any convictions since my previous declaration.

I cant imagine AHPRA wants you to keep declaring the same issue if they already know about it.

However you australians are a weird bunch :yes:

Besides you cant disclose what you dont know about

You have fulfilled the requirement by reporting the complaint made against you last year. It will be on your record.
