Need advice. it has been over a year since my license was revoked I am now ready to take the steps with the Alabama Board of Nursing to reinstate my license I was arrested for diversion at my job two and a half years ago my license was voluntarily surrendered but it's shows up on the Board of Nursing website as revoked anyway I am ready to take the steps to renew my license or reinstate my license are there any things that I need to be aware of prior to starting this snowball?

Do you have documentation of recovery efforts, as signatures for attending 12 step programs
