PNAP

Nurses Recovery

I'm set to graduate my program here in Colorado shortly, but I've read somewhere about states requiring a new contract due to past action and I can't stop fretting about this. A move to PA is a possibility and when I emailed the PNAP director to ask if its standard or case-by-case to require a contract in this kind of situation, she responded by saying to please call if I want that info. I don't get it, why couldn't she just say it's one way or the other? Well I'm not even really planning on moving, just thinking about the possibility, so I didn't call...then six days later I get an email saying that I was advised to call and as of this date they still haven't heard from me so to please call if I want that info. Yikes, I mean it seemed so weird and authoritarian that it just put a bad taste in my mouth.

Am I overthinking it and/or being a big paranoid baby? I can't imagine having to do another contract and I don't really want to be on anyone's radar. I guess I should just call but does anyone here have experience with PNAP or know if they require contracts even for graduates of a monitoring program?

I was looking for information before I started LPN school. I called them asking about their services, and if I needed them or would want to use them. I was given the information and then they sent me a letter stating I needed to return it, signed, to state that I was refusing their treatment. I'm like what the heck!?!? I was calling for information about the program, not to enroll, and they sent me that? I'm hoping it doesn't bite me in the butt. Crazy, crazy...
