Hi guys!

So I just got my decision letter on January 19, 2018 and I am now on the last steps of my registration for UK. My employer told me that they submitted my application for CoS on that same month. However, it is now already March 21 and I am still yet to hear about the results of my CoS. My girlfriend's CoS came just a few days after she got her decision letter on January. She flew to London last March 2.

Can anyone please give me an idea about why there is a delay with my CoS? And also, my IELTS UKVI expires on May. I badly need any advice and assurances I can get at this point.

I have been waiting for my CoS for over 2 months now. I have read that there is a delay due to the winter crisis. But generally it said that on the first quarter of every year, delays are to be expected.

Well, I really am very frustrated to be honest, I am on the brink of withdrawing my application from my current trust and agency, there is a scarcity of information flow, I am constantly left in the dark.

I feel u. They said that CoS's are awarded after every 11th of the month, and now 2 of it had already passed and still no update. Have you tried asking your agency to pursue other options? I've read of a one-day and 10-day processing which cost a little extra. I think that's what my gf's agency did. She got her CoS about 10 days after she received her dl.

I am currently in the same situation and it's really depressing. The agency had me waiting until the 26th of this month for nothing. And they are not even proactive in sending me updates regarding the matter. I told them that i need to withdraw my application with them(and the trust) because there's another trust i know that sends cos on time. But they don't want to help me cancel the cos application. They aren't even replying to my messages anymore.

I'm actually considering that too. My agency has also stopped responding to my emails. And it's tough because their replies somehow shows that they're acting on this delay. Anyway, I pray our COS's would come soon. For now, let's just trust that everything is in God's timing. I wish you all the best in this, klowee. :)

They have to be consistent in sending regular updates if they want their candidates to stay with them. I honestly won't mind had they only informed me right away that the COS will be delayed. But they are avoiding me instead. Probably a delaying tactic so i wont have enough time to apply for a new one for a different trust since the process has a deadline, leaving me no choice but to stick with them. It's annoying. But what else can we do? It's not in our hands anymore. So yeah. Let's just wait and continue praying.

On Monday however, if they still wont confirm my CoS, I will withdraw my application with them. If they didn't pay for any of your application process and you didn't give them any original documents, you still can withdraw. Same as you they are not proactive in giving me any updates. I am very disappointed with this agency tbh.

On Monday however, if they still wont confirm my CoS, I will withdraw my application with them. Who's your contact person? Maybe yours is already out and they're just waiting for the holy week to pass. The last message I got from them is that they are not sure if mine was applied by the trust and that they're still checking. I got so upset because i was determined to widthraw the application even before they took the documents they need for the CoS but they convinced me to stay by reassuring that my trust (Frimley) sends the cos on time. Now, i cant even push through with the other trust im eyeing on because i cannot reach any of them to cancel that application.
