Nclex rn school codes

Do you guys know to get the school code here in the philippines for nclex exam filling?Im an rn here in the philippines and was asked of the school code in my nclex application form..is there a way i can check my school code from an authorized source? Is there a sort of reference guide like the program code at pearson? By the way i graduated at emilio aguinaldo college manila, philippnes ..tnx
