Licensure by exam-no response yet

Hi! Can anybody help me? I'm a nurse from the Philippines.. I've sent my application to CTS last July and I believe they have received it by the 20th.. I have no confirmation yet if they have received my application for licensure by examination.. I even sent an email to CTS last week, still no response...

How long do I really have to wait? I have complete requirements... Criminal background check, CES, bank draft, 4-page application... Other supporting docs...

I'm afraid they would reject my application or if they even received it... I haven't started reviewing for NCLEX... Waaaah! Help!
